The following steps for the return are not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
You generally have the option to return the ordered items to us without giving any reason. We would like to point out that we are not able to create return labels for returns outside of Germany and that we are not able to cover the return costs for returns from outside of Germany. Write to us:

 

1. Write to us
Please send an e-mail to return@zuitable.com in which you tell us that you want to return the item from your order. After receiving your email, we will generate the DHL return label and send it to you by email.

 

2. Pack the goods:
In the meantime, pack the goods to be returned. We ask you to fill out the enclosed return form and attach it to the package.

 

3. Send it back with DHL:
Lastly, just print out the return label, stick it on the box in a clearly visible place and drop it off at a DHL branch or DHL packing station.

 

4.Refund:
After the package has been returned to us, we will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days.

 

Goods purchased in the online store can only be returned in the online store. For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible for us to return online goods that you have purchased on site at "Personal Shopping" within an appointment. These can only be returned on site.
