No, unfortunately we do not offer ordering by phone. Please order directly via the ordering process in the online store. If you have any questions or if you need help with the order composition or the articles, we are of course always available for you by phone, WhatsApp, email and chat function.

From an order value of 49,90€ we ship free of charge within Germany. Below this order value the shipping costs are 3,99€. The Shipping to every other EU countries costs 13,99€. And that in both directions - from us to you and from you to us.

Within Germany we ship exclusively with DHL. For delivery abroad we currently work together with UPS. The delivery time is one to three business days.

Yes, we also deliver to packing stations.

From an order value of 49,90€ we take over the costs within Germany for the return shipping. For orders under 49.90 €, we can create you a DHL return label, but we have to charge you this unfortunately with 3.99 €. For foreign orders, we can unfortunately not take over the cost of return shipping even for orders over 49,90€.

The following steps for the return are not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Please send us an email to return@zuitable.com in which you tell us which items you would like to return. After receiving your email, we will generate the DHL return label (only within Germany) as soon as possible and send it to you with our return form. Simply print out the DHL return label, stick it visibly on the box and hand it in at a DHL Store of your choice. Immediately after the receipt of the return, the value of the goods will be credited back to you.
